Installation and maintaining

Installing window sills

Sills are installed with assembly foam and distance markers. Avoid mechanical blows on the surface of the window sill when installing. Joints will later be filled with silicone to keep the surface of the particle board humidity-free. Do not install the sills with humid materials (e.g. plaster). Water must be removed from the surface of the window sill immediately.

Maintaining window sills

Thanks to their compressed surface, window sills do not require special maintenance, but still need to be cleaned regularly. Organic cleaning agents can be used to clean off lipstick, shoe polish, floor polish, paint, oil, and other adhesive materials.
Attention! Follow the requirements of chemical safety when using such agents.

WARNING! Regular cleaning does not include scrubbing. Do not use scrubbing soap, brushes or friction sponges or sharp objects. You should also avoid polishing materials, floor-shine and waxes and cleaning agents that contain acids or acid salts (amino-sulfacide, hydrochloric acid, silver polish).
